The annual Environment, Health and Wellbeing conference in Dublin is jointly organised by Ireland’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Health Service Executive (HSE) and Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI).
The conference attracts a broad range of attendees, including policymakers, academics, environmental health officers, public health professionals. The conference is being held in person in the Royal College of Physicians in Dublin city centre on Wednesday 29th May 2024 (10am – 4.30pm).
The 2024 conference is focused on the theme of shaping our environment to promote health for all.
Karolien van den Brekel will provide a presentation on the development and implementation of Positive Health. She will also participate in a Q&A panel discussion about Fostering Wellbeing for all people at all ages, withDr Hans Bruyninckx, University of Antwerp and Professor Cathal McCrory, Trinity College Dublin.
