This lecture is part of a study tour involving a group of 20 doctors from the Netherlands who are focusing on elderly care in Japan. The study tour includes a visit to the blue zone Okinawa, known for its longevity and healthy aging population. The lecture aims to contribute to the promotion of elderly care solutions in Japan, within the context of Positive Health.
